Fantastic idea and architectural form, I was privileged enough to photograph it before Kew opened to public 'The Bees Knees' some might say!
Metrix Lab are a global Market Research Company, here are a few portraits from a recent commission at their London offices.
'Science Fundamentals', a fun and interesting charity event organised in collaboration with the Science Museum and attended by Brakes Group CEO, Andrew Bush. I had fun taking photographs of the dynamic and fun packed day!
Long day at the offices of Experience Labs, a leading usability and research testing facility based in Holborn. The brief was to represent the office work space interior and to produce photographs showcasing the environment and it’s staff through various working scenarios.
Today I had members of the Quality Team to photograph from the viewing deck at Battersea Park. The elements provided us with a on location wind machine and luckily I was masterfully assisted in the portraiture by Dina!
Interesting industrial environment to photograph in today for a magazine editorial…pity that all but one of the factory workforce was on holiday! Luckily I had my management team to sit for their portraits in the factory location.
I made a digital composite in photoshop using a portrait of these personal trainers into the same background I used last time...
A little photography and Photoshop experiment today using a freaky squeaker toy from the 1960's...
This is my first backplate test shot for a new sports related photographic project. I am looking for candidates to take part in studio sessions in order to comp and edit into the shot using Photoshop. This was taken at St Annes Hospital in Haringey in the disused part that has recently been earmarked for development...so we have more ugly and boring houses to look forward to that will inevitably replace the late Victorian buildings.
Headshots taken at Keningtons Chartered Surveyors using my new Grey Lastolite collapsible background...first thoughts on this background is the convenience, but slightly surprised at the moire pattern I encountered from it. Not much of a retouch but a shock nonetheless from an expensive piece of photographic kit!
Headshots taken at the Brook Surgery at Golders Green, commissioned in order to publicise their relocation to new offices. Lesson learned: always check your bag before the photoshoot for compact flash cards as I left mine behind at the studio and had to shoot on a 1 gig card, JPGS and not Raw, to my horror I found that no one sells CF cards on the high street anymore!
Wonderful and colourful birthday event shot at the Norfolk Towers Hotel In London.
Mr Gary Illingworth sat for this shoot at the CQI Studio in Central London. We used studio lighting to pick him from the background and give his portrait presence and drama.
A delightful day in Bishops Park with the guys from Chivas Brothers, Pernod Ricard for their annual community event, this years theme: 'convivial spaces'...shame the weather was not being convivial!
