Editorial Photoshoot in the heart of The CityRead More
Long day at the offices of Experience Labs, a leading usability and research testing facility based in Holborn. The brief was to represent the office work space interior and to produce photographs showcasing the environment and it’s staff through various working scenarios.
Today I had members of the Quality Team to photograph from the viewing deck at Battersea Park. The elements provided us with a on location wind machine and luckily I was masterfully assisted in the portraiture by Dina!
Interesting industrial environment to photograph in today for a magazine editorial…pity that all but one of the factory workforce was on holiday! Luckily I had my management team to sit for their portraits in the factory location.
Mr Gary Illingworth sat for this shoot at the CQI Studio in Central London. We used studio lighting to pick him from the background and give his portrait presence and drama.
A delightful day in Bishops Park with the guys from Chivas Brothers, Pernod Ricard for their annual community event, this years theme: 'convivial spaces'...shame the weather was not being convivial!
Thank you to the Chivas Brothers task force for being up for having their photographs taken in order to highlight the charity work at this event in Bishops Park, Fulham.
I found these forgotten images of allotment 'sculptures' on an old hard drive. I remember photographing these landscapes on really hot summers day in London. I was inspired by the random yet cohesive nature of these found arrangements of allotment stuff, which had at their core a very British sensibility and acted as surrogate portraits of the people working at each allotment.
The brief is to photograph the subject, Ian Mitchell, looking comfortable and relaxed. The feature is a personal profile and in that sense the images should capture the subject’s personality and reflect their approach to work. Ian has become the new chair of the CQI at an exciting and challenging time for the profession so we would like to show his positive energy and appetite for the opportunities ahead. Some shots should capture a smile, others should show him looking more contemplative or reflective. He could either be sitting or standing but the image must include head, shoulders and part of the upper body. It should also include a full body shot.Read More
